Salary: $160,000 - $180,000 + super

About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven professional to lead project execution across our commercial fit-out, refurbishment, and building upgrade portfolio. Working closely with design teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to premium standards.
Project:
Becoming a Historical employee in Victoria, you will be engaged to work on a $300m + Commercial Recent build.
Beginning it's ECI phase in September, you will be supported by a Senior Project Manager & Senior Contract Administrator as well as assistance from their team in Sydney.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Delivery: Run the site program, map out resources, and keep progress moving on schedule.
- Quality & Design:
Stay on top of QA and sort out design clashes before they hold up site works.
- Procurement & Trades: Let packages, negotiate subbie contracts, and keep trades running smoothly.
- Budgets & Cost Control: Keep a tight grip on job costs, variations, and monthly financial reporting.
- Safety & Compliance: Drive site safety standards and make sure all compliance is locked down.
- Stakeholder Management: Build solid relationships with clients and consultants, keeping everyone across key updates.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will bring a collaborative mindset, sharp analytical skills, and a proven track record in fast-paced construction environments.
- A relevant degree in Engineering
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial construction - new build experience greater than $140m.
- Sound understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and site documentation.
- Solid knowledge of compliance, risk management, and project governance standards.
- High attention to detail in reporting and proficiency in project/financial management software.
