Talenza is seeking an experienced HRIS Application Manager to lead a team of four specialists and oversee the IChris/Workday payroll workplace. You will drive service excellence, change management, and stakeholder engagement in a large enterprise setting in NSW.

You will report to the Head of HCM and play a key role in stability, performance, and continual improvement of payroll systems and integrations within a healthcare/enterprise context.
