Colgate-Palmolive's Hill's Pet Nutrition division in ANZ is seeking an ANZ Omni Demand Generation Manager to drive category growth at the retail level. You will bridge Brand and CDTs, translating category vision into 7P plans and leading revenue growth initiatives across channels.

You will own pricing strategies, collaborate with Brand, Digital, and PVA teams, and deliver actionable insights from BI data to protect margins and drive long-term profitability.
