The Federal Government Department is seeking an experienced EL2 Director - Workplace Relations and HR Policy to lead a specialist function, provide authoritative advice to senior executives, and oversee the department's HR policy and enterprise agreement provisions.

You will engage with unions and statutory bodies (APSC, Fair Work Commission), drive enterprise bargaining and policy embedding, and build leadership across a complex workplace with a genuine pathway to permanency.
