Pearl Recruitment Group is seeking a Senior HSE Advisor to own all Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality activities on a major construction project. You will lead from the front, mentor in office teams, and drive compliance to create a Zero Harm culture.

Located near Melbourne, you will report to the HSE Manager and work with Project Director and Construction Manager to ensure HSEQ systems are implemented across the project lifecycle.
