HSE Manager - Commerical New Build - Western Sydney

The Role

Reporting to the Group Safety Manager, you'll work closely with the Project Team to drive a positive safety culture, support site operations and build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading WHS across a major construction project




- Coaching and mentoring project teams
- Conducting inspections, audits and investigations
- Managing risk and ensuring legislative compliance
- Building robust client and stakeholder relationships

About You

- Cert IV in WHS + Higher
- Current WHS Manager experience, or 5+ years as a Senior WHS Coordinator on major construction projects
- Experience with Tier 1 or Tier 2 commercial builders
- Exposure to large commercial, Data Centre, health or government projects
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
