Day Rates: $800 - 900 + Super

Role

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will play a key role in producing requirements artefacts for the department’s recent SaaS Case Management System (CMS) . You will be working closely with the Lead Business Analyst and the Quality Manager in delivering the agreed requirements and test management approach for the project.

Accountabilities

- Lead and facilitate workshops to update process maps, develop user stories, and define acceptance criteria.
- Understand end-to-end system impacts, integration touchpoints and constraints early and capture requirements, user stories and testing criteria.
- Set up and maintain Azure DevOps to support full delivery lifecycle, including creation and management of epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability links across requirements, testing and technical outputs.
- Document functional and non-functional requirements, including workflow, data, integrations,



security/access and reporting needs.

What you’ll need to succeed

- Demonstrated experience as a Technical Business Analyst delivering SaaS or workflow-centric systems, including configuration/customisation, integrations and data migration activities.
- Proven ability to lead, manage, influence and challenge stakeholders across business, IT, vendors and external partners through workshops, meetings and documentation.
- Experience setting up and maintaining Azure DevOps including creation and management of epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria and traceability links across requirements, testing and technical outputs.
- Experience supporting systems integration analysis, non-functional requirements, security/access requirements, and technical discovery activities.
- Experience supporting user acceptance testing, defect management, release readiness and working with multiple stakeholder groups to validate requirements.
