CommBank is building a dedicated financial crime model validation capability. You will lead the validation stream, shape how ML and GenAI are adopted in a regulated workplace, and work across model governance, data science tooling and end-to-end delivery.

You will bring deep ML foundations with experience in financial crime, model risk or validation, and partner with stakeholders to solve high-priority problems with practical, scalable solutions.
