An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join a leading, privately owned mechanical contractor with over 40 years of experience in the Victorian market .
You will be responsible for managing mechanical contracts valued up to $5 million , working across a diverse portfolio of commercial building projects including commercial, healthcare, education and retail .

About the Role
You will take responsibility for the successful delivery of HVAC projects from commencement through to completion, including:
- Managing projects up to $5M in value
- Financial and commercial management of projects
- Managing subcontractors, suppliers and project teams
- Client and stakeholder management
- Project programming, procurement and coordination
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
- Working closely with internal engineering, drafting, estimating and administration teams
About You
We are looking for an experienced HVAC Project Manager with a strong background delivering mechanical building services projects.
You will ideally have:
- Proven experience managing HVAC/mechanical projects
- Experience delivering projects up to $5M
- Strong commercial and financial management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- A solid understanding of mechanical building services and project delivery
- The ability to lead projects independently while working collaboratively with internal teams
