- Assembly, fabrication and welding - experience in medium and heavy fabrication

- Minimum 3-5 years of fabrication and welding experience required

- Read and interpret workshop drawings

- High attention to detail and accuracy

- Competent in MIG welding

- Carry out other metal fabrication duties, i.e. grinding, oxycutting, sawing, guillotining etc.

- Setup and use punch and shear machine

- Able to work independently and take responsibility for completion of tasks

- Able to plan and work efficiently

- Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards work and fellow team members

- Compelling and varied work

- Drivers licence preferred

- Australian resident

- Australian citizenship required for this position

- Immediate start available

- Permanent position offered after a trial period

- Strict confidentiality assured
