Advisor, Safety & Security Capability and Planning

SNSW Grade 7/8 ($109,166 - $128,706 + Super)

Employment Duration: 2x Full Time - Ongoing

Are you passionate about creating safer workplaces and building capability through engaging, face-to-face training? We're seeking an experienced safety and security professional who can design, develop and deliver high-quality training programs that strengthen organisational preparedness and security resilience across NSW. This is an exciting prospect to combine your expertise in training facilitation, stakeholder engagement and security risk management to make a real impact across a diverse and geographically dispersed workforce.

Essential Requirements

- Minimum 3 years' experience in delivering safety and security related training
- Current Driver Licence.
- Willingness and ability to undertake regular travel across NSW, including metropolitan, regional and remote locations.
- Certificate IV Training and Assessment (desirable)

About the role





As the Advisor, Safety & Security Capability and Planning, you will play a key role in developing and enhancing safety and security capability across the organisation. You will design, develop and deliver training programs, workshops and awareness initiatives that support a proactive approach to security preparedness, risk management and resilience. Working closely with operational leaders and key stakeholders, you'll ensure training content remains current, practical and aligned with emerging risks and organisational requirements. This role offers a hybrid work environment, with regular travel required across metropolitan, regional and remote NSW locations to facilitate face-to-face training sessions and support organisational capability initiatives.
