Company Description CuraOne Group Pty Ltd provides person-centred aged care, disability and community support services across Sydney.

We work with clients, families and approved partner organisations to coordinate reliable support that helps people remain secure, independent and connected in their own homes and communities.

As our service network grows, we are building a panel of experienced and compassionate Aged Care Support Workers to provide services across different areas of Sydney.

About the OpportunityWe are seeking reliable Independent Contractor Support Workers who are available to accept client referrals based on their location, skills and availability.

This is not a guaranteed-hours employment position. Suitable contractors may be offered individual service opportunities and can accept or decline referrals depending on their availability and service area.

Services may include

- Personal care and assistance with daily living
- Domestic assistance and light household tasks
- Meal preparation
- Shopping assistance
- Companionship and social support
- Community access and appointments
- Respite support
- Medication prompting within scope
- Monitoring client wellbeing and reporting concerns
- Completing accurate service notes and documentation

What We Are Looking ForWe would like to hear from people who:
- Have experience in aged care, disability support, home care or community services
- Demonstrate respectful, person-centred support
- Communicate professionally with clients, families and service coordinators
- Understand dignity, privacy, safeguarding and duty of care
- Are reliable, organised and able to work independently
- Can follow individual care/support plans and service instructions




- Are comfortable completing case notes and required documentation
- Have reliable transport and are willing to travel to client homes within their nominated service area

Contractor RequirementsSuccessful contractors will generally be required to provide:
- Current ABN
- Current National Police Check
- Current Working With Children Check, where required
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Relevant aged care, disability or community services qualification or demonstrated industry experience
- Valid Australian working rights
- Driver licence and reliable vehicle where required for the service
- Appropriate insurance for contractor work
- Any additional compliance documents required for particular clients or partner-provider arrangements
