About The Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Allocation Systems Support Analyst to join the Accent Group Support Operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in retail allocations, merchandise planning or inventory management who enjoys working with systems, solving problems and helping teams improve the way they work.
In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting the allocation and merchandise planning systems used across our portfolio of brands. You'll provide system support, deliver training, improve processes and work closely with teams to ensure our allocation tools are being used effectively.
What You'll Do
- Support the rollout, implementation and ongoing adoption of allocation and merchandise planning systems across the business.
- Act as the first point of contact for allocation system queries, providing timely support, troubleshooting issues and guiding users to effective solutions.
- Create, maintain and continuously improve system training guides, process documentation and user resources.
- Deliver engaging training sessions and one-on-one coaching to build capability across allocation and planning teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve allocation, replenishment and inventory management processes through system enhancements and best practice.
- Produce regular inventory reporting, including aged stock analysis and key allocation performance insights.
- Analyse inventory trends and provide recommendations to improve stock flow, availability and store performance.
- Work closely with Merchandise, Planning, Supply Chain and Technology teams to ensure allocation systems and processes operate effectively.
- Assist with system testing, upgrades and enhancements, ensuring successful implementation and user adoption.
- Support ongoing projects that improve system functionality, inventory accuracy, stock availability and operational efficiency.
What You'll Bring
- Previous experience in a retail Allocations, Merchandise Planning or Inventory role, with a strong understanding of allocation and replenishment processes.
- Experience using allocation or merchandise planning systems, with exposure to Foresight Retail or Bamboo Rose highly regarded.
- Strong systems aptitude, with the ability to troubleshoot issues, understand user needs and translate them into practical solutions.
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence analysing large and complex data sets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and confidently to users with varying levels of experience.
- Experience creating training materials, process documentation or user guides.
- Previous experience delivering training, coaching or system support is highly regarded.
- A collaborative approach with the ability to build strong relationships across multiple business functions.
- Well-developed organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for systems, training and process optimisation.
