We are seeking an Appian QA Lead with 7+ years of testing experience and strong expertise in

Appian application testing. The ideal candidate will have experience in manual and automation testing, QA strategy, defect management, and leading testing activities across enterprise Appian projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end QA activities for Appian applications, including test planning, execution, and reporting.
- Analyze requirements and develop test strategies, scenarios, and test cases.
- Perform and oversee functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Drive test automation using Selenium and improve automation coverage.
- Manage defects, risks, and quality metrics using JIRA/Confluence.
- Collaborate with developers, BAs, product owners, and business teams to resolve quality issues.




- Mentor QA team members and ensure adherence to testing standards and best practices.
- Support Agile/Scrum and CI/CD processes.

Required Skills

- 7+ years of QA/testing experience, with robust Appian testing expertise.
- Hands-on knowledge of the Appian Platform and Appian application components.
- Strong manual testing experience with Appian applications.
- Experience with Selenium or similar automation frameworks.
- Working knowledge of Java or C#.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and defect management.
- Knowledge of API/integration testing and CI/CD is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and team leadership skills.
- Experience in banking, insurance, or other regulated domains is an advantage.
