About The Role The Program Support Officer is responsible for coordinating the logistics associated with student travel between various home communities in South Australia, Western Australia, Northern Territory and Wiltja Boarding in Adelaide.
The Program Support
Officer provides a range of support functions including information technology and communications, administering the Wiltja Boarding vehicle fleet and maintaining a range of databases, confidential records and sensitive information in a timely and efficient manner.
Qualifications
Essential: Nil
Desirable: A professional qualification in Administration or an appropriate allied field
Special conditions The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry.
The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN –EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

Remuneration
ASO4 $82,212 - $86,180 per annum (1.0 FTE) + superannuation (12%) and leave loading
