Reporting to the Accounting Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Managing the Accounts Receivable function, including account setup, credit applications, credit reviews, debtor management, and account reconciliations.

- Performing bank reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and general ledger reconciliations.

- Assisting with month-end processes and reporting activities.

- Supporting BAS preparation, audit requirements, and finance reporting.

- Monitoring customer accounts, credit limits, overdue balances, and bad debt provisions.

- Preparing regular reporting on debtors, credit exposure, and account performance.

- Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure financial targets and deadlines are achieved.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- 3-4 years' experience in an Assistant Accountant, Accounts Receivable, or similar finance position.

- Robust understanding of accounting principles and month-end processes.

- Previous experience managing Accounts Receivable and credit functions.

- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and XLOOKUPs.





- Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy.

- Effective communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.

- A proactive and collaborative approach, with a willingness to learn and develop.
