Join our esteemed client, a leading aged care organization dedicated to serving multiple local communities, renowned for delivering top-tier clinical care. We are currently seeking a dynamic Assistant Facility Manager to provide crucial support to the Facility Manager.

About the Role:

As a full-time position from Monday to Friday, this role involves:

- Collaborating with the team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services to our residents.

- Supporting the Facility Manager in achieving optimal commercial results.

- Leading and developing a skilled, cohesive team.

- Identifying and managing risks while ensuring compliance with legislated requirements.

Requirements

- In-depth knowledge of aged care standards and accreditation.

- Extensive experience with AN-ACC.

- Nursing Registration with AHPRA without restrictions.

- Previous essential experience working in aged care.

- Strong understanding of IT systems and processes.

- Proven leadership skills with the ability to train others effectively.

- Exceptional communication skills with staff, residents, and stakeholders.

- Ability to deliver, implement, and monitor an effective clinical delivery system.

- Capability to understand, implement,



and evaluate continuous improvement systems in a clinical environment.

- High-level communication skills.

- Tertiary qualifications/degree, along with post-graduate qualifications.

- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.

- Proof of the right to work lawfully in Australia.

- Experience, Skills & Competencies:

Ideal candidates will have:

- Health and/or aged care experience as a senior leader (advantageous).

- Demonstrated commercial acumen within a services workplace.

- Proven hands-on approach with a focus on customer service and leadership.

- Capability and experience in leading a multi-disciplinary team.

- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

- Knowledge of aged care funding (preferable but not essential).

- Knowledge of federal, state, and local government regulations, statutes, and acts as they pertain to the aged care sector (preferable but not essential).

- Highly developed interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Benefits

- Salary - $100-115K (max) plus super
