We're looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our Kensington store. This is a great development opportunity for an ambitious retail leader looking to take the next step in their career. Working alongside the Store Manager, you'll help lead a team of four colleagues, driving sales and delivering outstanding customer service.
What You'll Do
- Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store.
- Coach and develop a team of four colleagues.
- Drive sales performance and deliver store targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Maintain high standards of presentation, compliance and operations.
- Represent the store confidently during stakeholder visits.
- Lead the store in the Store Manager's absence.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader or Manager is preferred.
- Confident leadership and communication skills.
- Solid sales and customer service experience.
- Comfortable coaching colleagues and supporting performance.
- Professional and confident with visiting stakeholders and senior leaders.
- Optical experience is welcome but not essential.
