Scran is a fast-growing Gold Coast tech company building software designed to help local businesses better understand, engage with and grow their customer base.
We’re expanding across the Gold Coast and looking for a confident, outgoing Field Sales Representative to join our young and growing team.
This isn’t a call-centre role and you won’t be sitting behind a desk all day.
You’ll be out across some of the Gold Coast’s busiest areas, meeting business owners and managers, introducing them to Scran, demonstrating the product and helping bring new businesses onto the platform.
What you’ll be doing
- Visiting hospitality, retail, health, beauty and other local businesses across the Gold Coast
- Speaking directly with business owners, managers and decision-makers
- Introducing and demonstrating our tech/software product
- Identifying potential customers and explaining how Scran can benefit their business
- Signing up new businesses and building strong relationships
- Providing feedback from the market directly to our founding team
- Representing Scran as we continue expanding across the Gold Coast
Who we’re looking for
You don’t need to be a stereotypical salesperson.
We’re looking for someone who is naturally confident, personable and comfortable walking into a business and starting a conversation.
You’ll probably suit the role if you:
- Have previous sales, promotions, hospitality or customer-facing experience
- Are confident approaching people you haven’t met before
- Have strong communication and people skills
- Are energetic,
motivated and competitive
- Can work independently without needing to be constantly managed
- Enjoy meeting new people and being out and about
- Want to be part of a young company rather than another corporate sales team
Previous B2B or software sales experience is great, but personality, confidence and attitude matter more to us.
