I'm working on behalf of a well-established accounting, financial advice, and SMSF firm with a strong Perth presence and a genuinely people-first culture. What the role looks like day-to-day:

You'll manage your own portfolio of clients end to end, handling everything from data entry and BAS/IAS lodgements to management reporting and client software training. You'll be the go-to contact for your clients' bookkeeping queries, and you'll work closely with the firm's internal accounting team.

You'll be:

- Managing a broad range of clients concurrently, prioritising your workload with confidence




- Reconciling client files to Trial Balance
- Setting up and improving client Chart of Accounts
- Confident working across MYOB and Xero, using technology to work smarter, not harder
- Comfortable onboarding new clients and training them to use their systems effectively
