The Opportunity

Our client owns and manages a premium residential development comprising approximately 300 apartments on the Gold Coast. Built to a high standard and only a few years old, the property offers luxury amenities, including a private gym and magnesium pool. Positioned in one of the Gold Coast’s fastest-growing precincts, it represents a standout luxury residential asset.

As Building Manager, you’ll take full accountability for the day-to-day operation of the tower, reporting directly to the General Manager. This is a hands-on, fully accountable role, not a caretaker position, with a maintenance team and cleaning team rep
