What role will you play?
As a Business Analyst in the Customer Core team, you will help shape the future of our customer data and customer relationship management platforms. You will work closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define and prioritise initiatives that simplify customer processes, improve data quality, and introduce intelligent automation capabilities.
Your role will focus on translating business needs into actionable solutions, supporting product roadmaps, and delivering improved customer and operational outcomes through innovative technology.
What You Offer
- 4+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst within financial services, financial technology, digital platforms, or similarly complex environments
- Experience working with customer relationship management platforms and exposure to artificial intelligence, automation solutions, workflow tools, or machine learning-driven products
- A proven ability to simplify complex business processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experiences through effective solution design
- Strong technical awareness, including experience querying databases using SQL and an understanding of application programming interfaces, microservices, and modern digital platforms
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with experience working in Agile delivery environments and the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business outcomes while managing ambiguity and change effectively
