Role Description The Business Analyst (Entry / Junior) will support business development initiatives by collecting, organizing, and analyzing data related to regional business activities. This part-time, hybrid role is based in Melbourne, VIC, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. Daily tasks include documenting business requirements, mapping and reviewing business processes, preparing reports and presentations, and assisting with stakeholder meetings.

The role also involves contributing to research on market trends, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting cross-functional projects with clear communication and structured analysis.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and a foundation in Business Analysis.

- Relevant tertiary education in business, economics, data analytics, or a related field is beneficial.

- Robust attention to detail, willingness to learn, and capacity to work independently within a hybrid work environment.
- Experience from internships, projects, or entry-level roles in analysis or business support is a plus.
