Who you will be working for:

This business has built a solid reputation partnering with brand owners and private label operators across personal care, cosmetics, pet care and cleaning categories to develop, scale or bring a product to market. Now, they need the right person to take their growth to the next level.

What you will be doing:

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will own the commercial growth agenda. This means identifying the right prospects, developing a quality pipeline, presenting tailored solutions and managing the full sales cycle through to close. You will also play a key role in shaping how the business approaches the market, contributing to customer profiling, attending industry events and helping build a culture where growth is always the expectation.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a proven BDM who knows the consumer goods and manufacturing space and has the relationships, drive and commercial judgement to back it up.

- Background in contract manufacturing, private label, FMCG or consumer goods
- Proven market relationships with brand owners, NPD or procurement contacts
- Track record of winning new business from scratch
- Sharp commercial acumen and a drive for quality over volume
