About The Role

We’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager/Account Managerto join our Truganina team, and supporting the North & West region in Victoria.

If you are a natural hunter who thrives on finding and winning new business, we want to hear from you. This role is for someone who is out in the market, building a pipeline and converting opportunities into results.

What You'll Do

- Increase the sales volume in designated regions of Victoria.
- Maintains regular service to customers in a nominated geographical area or district to achieve set sales targets.
- Promotes the marketing of Polyaire products/services, developing new customers through the application of selling skills.
- With the use of CRM, prepares regular reports on business calls and related activities including complaints, questions in regard with products and sales trends for analysis by management.
