We’re hiring: Business Development Manager

QLI Fitness Equipment Australia is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Silverwater.

This is a hands-on, sales-target-driven role for someone who knows the Australian fitness industry, understands commercial fitness equipment and is ready to build genuine long-term growth.

You’ll be responsible for

- Building strategic partnerships across Australia and selected global markets
- Developing recent sales channels and commercial opportunities
- Growing relationships with gyms, distributors, developers and industry partners
- Managing the full sales cycle—from first conversation through to close
- Driving sales performance and achieving agreed targets





We’re after someone commercially sharp, confident with people and comfortable moving between strategy and getting the job done.

The package includes a competitive base salary plus commission.
