Role Description The Business Intelligence Manager is a part-time, remote role responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and optimization of business intelligence solutions that support data-driven decision-making. Day-to-day tasks include gathering requirements from stakeholders, modeling and organizing data, and managing data warehouses to ensure accuracy and accessibility. The role involves developing and maintaining dashboards and reports, selecting and configuring business intelligence tools, and monitoring key performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities.

Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate business needs into technical specifications, and communicate insights in clear, actionable formats. This role also includes continuously improving BI processes, documentation, and governance practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for interpreting complex data sets and generating actionable insights.




- Candidates should possess Data Modeling and Data Warehousing skills to design, structure, and maintain scalable data architectures.
- Candidates should possess Dashboard development skills to create clear, user-friendly visualizations and performance reporting.
- Candidates should possess experience with Business Intelligence Tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms) for building and automating BI solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline), or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with databases or cloud data platforms is highly beneficial.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and communicating findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently in a remote setting, and commitment to data quality and privacy standards.
