About the Role:





We’re seeking an experienced and commercially driven Business Manager (Travel Retail & National Accounts) to join our ANZ Sales team on a 12 month parental leave contract. This role is responsible for driving performance across our Travel Retail and Department Store channels, delivering against sales targets, strengthening retailer partnerships, and ensuring Jurlique’s brand presence is executed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver monthly and annual sales targets across Travel Retail and Department Store channels.
- Lead forecasting, budgeting and inventory planning for NPD and core lines.
- Monitor store performance and key KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities early.
- Adjust commercial plans in response to retail and competitor trends.
- Build strong relationships with Buying, Merchandising, Marketing and Online teams.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, distribution, space and visibil
