We are looking for a Business Readiness Engineer to join the owner's team on one of the largest tailings projects in Australia, based in Central NSW.



The role is Brisbane office based, Monday to Friday, with periodic travel to site. It is available for an immediate start and suits someone ready to take the next step in their career as a consultant.

The Role

You report to the Business Readiness Lead and work as their junior second in charge across the operations readiness effort on a major tailings project. You take direction and rough inputs and turn them into finished, clear deliverables, and you keep the workstream organised so it stays on track.

Day to day you produce the reports, presentations and spreadsheets that keep the readiness effort moving. You build and maintain trackers and dashboards that show progress against the readiness plan, and you pull together status updates and reporting packs for the Business Readiness Lead.
