Business Services Manager

Image joining a firm where trust is real, access is open, and your voice carries weight. Where you work directly with Partners and Clients, take ownership of outcomes, and see the impact of your work.

FMA Partners has been supporting clients for over 45 years, giving our people the confidence that comes with being part of a well-established and reliable firm. Today, we are led by a dynamic, hands-on leadership team with a clear strategic vision and committed to continuously evolving the business. It is this combination of strong foundations, energy and modern thinking that gives our team security and genuine opportunities to progress.

We’ve invested in building a strong, collaborative team culture, bringing together people with diverse skill sets who want to do meaningful work and grow in their careers. At the same time, we’re embracing cutting-edge technology to build systems that streamline how we operate and elevate the way we deliver value to clients. We work with large private groups, Australian businesses, entrepreneur led companies, and high net worth family groups with complex investment structures with turnovers up to $200m.

The result is a stable, established firm with the energy, ambition and direction of a business that is going somewhere.

With this strategy in place, the firm is experiencing strong and sustained growth.
