Einstein’s Coffee – Dumas House is looking for an experienced Cafe Manager to join our team and lead our busy cafe in West Perth.
What you’ll do
- Lead and motivate the cafe team
- Manage staff, training and performance
- Handle ordering and stock control
- Maintain high food safety, hygiene and workplace standards
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Help improve cafe performance through good systems and communication
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years’ experience, including 2 years of coffee making in a fast paced cafe enviorenment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent customer service skills

Pay: $34.00 – $37.00 per hour
