About the Role In this role, you will play an important part in the growth of our Residential Valuation offering. Day to day, you will carry out property inspections, research and prepare sales data and produce high quality valuation reports in line with relevant legislation and professional standards. With access to Opteon’s market leading systems, you will be supported to work efficiently, reducing time spent in the field while enhancing the quality and detail of your reporting.
You will also bring a strong operational focus, building and maintaining positive, productive relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders as part of your everyday work.

We are seeking a driven qualified with not only highly developed commercial valuation skills but exceptional communication and business development skills.
You have a strong client network and commitment to professional development, together with:
- Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
- CPV status combined with significant experience in the commercial valuation space.
- Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills
- Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication
