Role: Change Manager / Organisational Change Management & Communications Lead

Location: Brisbane, QLD

Rate: $1,000 + Super

Contract: 12 months contract

What you’ll be doing

As the Change Manager, you’ll lead the end-to-end Solution Adoption workstream for a major SAP S/4HANA transformation, ensuring the workforce is prepared, capable and ready to successfully adopt new systems, processes and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Solution Adoption workstream.
- Develop and execute the Change Management Strategy, OCM Management Plan and supporting adoption activities.
- Integrate change activities with solution design, testing, deployment and transition to BAU.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, communications and change intervention planning.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and persona development and establish targeted engagement strategies.
- Develop executive messaging, communication plans and leadership toolkits.
- Establish and manage Change Champion and Super User networks.
- Oversee Change Impact Assessments and impact-validation activities.
- Translate solution-design decisions into stakeholder, learning and readiness actions.
- Lead business-readiness planning, readiness assessments and go-live recommendations.
- Identify and manage organisational-readiness, resistance and adoption risks.
- Own change-related risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies in collaboration with the Project Analyst.
- Deliver executive reporting, readiness dashboards and actionable adoption insights.
- Support change-related governance forums and decision-making.
- Partner with the Training Lead to align Change Impact Assessments,



Learning Needs Analysis, communications and readiness activities.
- Coordinate the sequencing of learning, communications and adoption activities.
- Support Train-the-Trainer initiatives and broader capability uplift.
- Use digital adoption tools, data and analytics to measure readiness, identify emerging risks and track adoption.
- Provide evidence-based recommendations to program leadership.

What we’re looking for:

- Extensive organisational change management experience within large-scale ERP or enterprise transformation programs.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex change or solution adoption workstreams from strategy through implementation.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with Change Impact Assessments, organisational readiness and adoption planning.
- Experience identifying and managing change-related risks, issues and dependencies.
- Ability to integrate change, communications, learning and readiness activities across a major transformation.
- Experience developing executive communications, stakeholder strategies and leadership materials.
- Robust analytical skills with the ability to use readiness and adoption insights to guide change interventions.
- SAP S/4HANA transformation experience is highly regarded.
