We are seeking passionate and motivated chefs for both Full-Time and Casual positions, offering the opportunity to work alongside an experienced culinary team in a premium events and hospitality environment.

The Role As a Chef de Partie, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional food experiences for our guests. Working closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards across food preparation, service and kitchen operations.

Your responsibilities will include

- Working closely with the Sous and Head Chefs to ensure efficient food production and quality control

- Preparing exceptionally presented dishes with consistency in flavour and appearance

- Running the section or sections allocated to you

- Maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation





- Assisting with kitchen management in the absence of the Sous or Head Chef

- Following all food safety procedures, standards and legislation

- Contributing positively to a professional, collaborative and high-performing kitchen team

About You We are looking for a motivated chef who takes pride in their work and is passionate about delivering exceptional food.

You will have

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar Chef de Partie role within a busy restaurant or hospitality environment
- A genuine passion for creating excellent dishes

- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of presentation
- A strong work ethic and a positive, team-focused attitude
- The ability to work independently while being open to direction and learning

- Excellent time management and organisational skills

- Punctuality, reliability and a self-driven approach
- A valid Australian working visa
