Wood-Fired Pizza Maestro The Parade Hotel is expanding, and we're looking for an experienced a talented Wood-Fired Pizza Maestro to join our growing kitchen team under Executive Chef Karl Wulf.

We're looking for

• A talented Wood-Fired Pizza Maestro who wants to take ownership of our premium pizza offering and help shape one of Bunbury's best wood-fired pizza experiences.

With a renewed focus on premium food, fresh Western Australian produce and elevated casual dining, this is an exciting opportunity to build your career within a growing hospitality group.

Wood-Fired Pizza Chef / Pizzaiolo

This is far more than a standard pizza chef role.

We're looking for someone who genuinely understands premium pizza production and wants to take ownership of our dedicated wood-fired pizza section.

You'll have experience with:

- Wood-fired pizza ovens
- Hand-stretched pizza production
- Fresh dough preparation
- Dough fermentation
- High-volume restaurant service
- Running your own section
- Maintaining exceptional quality and consistency

Experience with Neapolitan-style, artisan pizza, sourdough or long-fermentation doughs will be highly regarded. This is a fantastic opportunity to make our pizza offering your own while working with quality ingredients in a professional kitchen.
