Your deep domain knowledge will directly shape how AI understands and reasons through complex chemistry problems — from undergraduate fundamentals to advanced graduate-level concepts.
No AI experience required. If you can think rigorously about chemistry, you're already qualified.

What You'll Do
- Design challenging, high-quality chemistry problems to test the limits of AI reasoning across domains like chemical engineering, biochemistry, organic chemistry, and more
- Develop explicit, step-by-step solutions with rigorous logic and detailed explanations
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for scientific accuracy, depth of reasoning, and overall quality
- Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate through Master's-level chemistry topics
- Provide structured, constructive feedback that helps improve AI model performance
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
- Strong problem-solving skills across advanced chemistry domains
- Able to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and precisely in writing
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
- No prior AI or data annotation experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, evaluation systems, or quality review workflows
- Familiarity with large language models or AI tools
