An outstanding opportunity exists for an accomplished executive to join the organisation as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Based in Junction Australia’s new head office in Tonsley and reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the COO will lead the corporate centre, act as the critical link between strategy and execution, and play a pivotal role in driving organisational transformation, fostering a values-driven and people-centred culture, operational excellence and sustainable growth.

As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the COO will provide strategic and operational leadership across a broad corporate services portfolio.



The role will focus on strengthening systems, processes and performance, ensuring legislative compliance, leading risk management initiatives, supporting Board governance requirements and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.

The successful candidate will be a transformative leader with significant experience leading corporate services, enabling functions of a complex or highly regulated organisation. You will bring a track record of leading high-performing teams, developing productive stakeholder relationships, driving organisational change and delivering strategic outcomes. Strong knowledge of governance, compliance, workforce development, ICT and contemporary business practices will be highly regarded.
