We're looking for 4 experienced Civil Supervisors to join our growing team across Australia. These are fantastic opportunities to lead high-impact projects in dynamic environments, including specialist defence sector work.

The Roles:

- 2 positions in Darwin – Lead civil teams on infrastructure
- 1 position in Perth – Oversee civil development projects
- 1 position in Adelaide – Manage civil operations across defence project portfolios

What We're Looking For:

- Proven track record managing civil construction teams on-site
- Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering practices and standards
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Experience with project scheduling, cost control, and safety compliance
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed




- Defence security clearance (or willingness to obtain) – advantageous for relevant positions

What You'll Do:

- Supervise daily site operations and coordinate with project teams
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Mentor and develop site personnel
- Liaise with clients, engineers, and subcontractors
