About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to lead and coordinate civil construction activities on a major gold mining project in Kalgoorlie. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring all civil works are completed safely, on schedule and to the required quality standards.

- Location: Kalgoorlie, WA
- Roster: 2&1 FIFO
- Hours: 12 Hour Days
- Project Duration: 6+ month project with potential for ongoing opportunities
- Industry: Gold Mining

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities on site
- Review and manage assigned civil punch list items
- Prioritise defects based on operational and commissioning requirements
- Coordinate plant, labour, materials and subcontractors
- Ensure works are delivered in line with project schedules and specifications
- Promote and enforce site safety procedures and compliance
- Conduct pre-starts, toolbox meetings, and site inspections
- Monitor productivity and provide regular progress reporting
- Liaise with project management, engineers, and client representatives
- Mentor and support crews to maintain a positive team culture

Role Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Civil Supervisor within mining, civil construction, or infrastructure projects
- Strong background in concrete, formwork & reinforcement, earthworks, drainage, grouting and paving
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Sound understanding of WHS and quality requirements
- Ability to work effectively in remote FIFO environments
- Current Driver’s Licence
- S26 Modules and Exam
- Relevant tickets and qualifications preferred
- Valid Australian working rights
