Cleaning Corp is looking for reliable, professional, and caring Cleaners to join our growing team across Sydney.

We provide professional cleaning services to residential clients, including NDIS participants, and are looking for team members who take pride in their work and understand the importance of providing a respectful, consistent, and high-quality service.

About the Role

As a Cleaner with Cleaning Corp, you will attend scheduled client homes and complete cleaning tasks according to the client's individual requirements and service instructions.

Your responsibilities may include

- General residential cleaning
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Cleaning bathrooms, toilets, and kitchens
- Dusting and wiping surfaces
- Cleaning bedrooms and common areas
- Emptying rubbish bins
- Changing bed linen when requested
- Deep cleaning tasks when scheduled
- Following client-specific cleaning instructions
- Maintaining a high standard of hygiene and presentation
- Reporting any concerns, incidents, damages, or service issues to the office
- Communicating professionally with clients and the Cleaning Corp team

What We Are Looking For

- Able to work independently and follow instructions
- Detail-oriented and committed to quality
- Physically capable of completing general cleaning duties
- Able to communicate clearly with clients and the internal team
- Flexible with travel between client locations
- Responsible and able to manage their daily schedule
- Respectful of client privacy, dignity, culture, and individual circumstances

Preferred Experience

Previous experience in any of the following is highly regarded:

- Residential cleaning
- NDIS cleaning
- Aged care or disability-related environments
- Commercial cleaning
- Domestic assistance




- Professional housekeeping

Experienced cleaners are preferred; however, applicants with the right attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

Requirements

Applicants should ideally have

- A valid driver's licence
- Reliable access to a vehicle
- Australian working rights
- Ability to travel to different client locations
- Smartphone access for work-related communication and scheduling
- Willingness to complete required screening and compliance checks relevant to the role
