The Opportunity

We are seeking passionate and experienced Client Advisors looking to elevate their retail career at our Sydney Westfield & Elizabeth St Boutiques. As a FENDI Ambassador, you will bring our heritage, craftsmanship, quality, and creativity to life in every client interaction.

Your Responsibilities

Sales Performance

- Drive results across all categories through upselling, cross-selling, and storytelling.
- Consistently achieve assigned KPIs including sales targets, core category targets, and NPS.

Client Management

- Build long-term client relationships through personalised service and a client-centric approach.
- Use CRM tools effectively to support client retention, loyalty, and brand engagement.

Store Operations & Maintenance

- Accurately manage inventory, stock transfers, payments, and customer database inputs.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and support a safe, clean, and well-presented boutique setting.




- Work collaboratively with the team to support daily store operations.

Who We Are Looking For

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in fashion or high-end luxury retail.
- Experience working toward sales targets and KPIs.
- Experience using CRM, POS, or retail management systems.
- Strong personal presentation and grooming standards.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional retail hours.
- For Senior Client Advisor applicants: prior experience coaching junior team members.
- Additional language skills are highly regarded.
