What are we looking for?

· Great knowledge and understanding of the financial planning process

· Strong implementation experience is a must

•Passionate about providing excellent service

- Advanced Xplan is a must
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Flexible and professional attitude

What will the role entail?

· Implementation of holistic advice

· Proactively following up documentation from clients, advisers and third-party providers

· Managing new and ongoing client relationships with regards to client services

· Assisting advisers in organising and preparing for meetings

· Management of ongoing tasks through XPlan

· General office duties such as printing, scanning, greeting clients

· Other duties as required
