Are you a strategic relationship builder with deep experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector?

We are seeking a senior Client Partner to manage and grow relationships with some of Australia's largest consumer brands. This is a highly consultative, commercial role where you'll work closely with senior marketing leaders and agency partners to develop long-term growth strategies and drive business outcomes.

This is not a hands-on campaign management or activation role. Instead, we're looking for someone who excels at stakeholder management, commercial partnerships, strategic thinking and influencing senior decision-makers.

What You'll Be Doing

- Build and manage relationships with senior marketing and media decision-makers across a portfolio of leading CPG brands.
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients solve business challenges and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop strategic account plans aligned to client objectives and commercial priorities.
- Lead commercial conversations and drive revenue growth across key accounts.
- Partner closely with agency stakeholders to strengthen and expand existing relationships.
- Deliver strategic recommendations using market insights,



consumer trends and campaign performance data.
- Present to senior client stakeholders and influence marketing investment decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent client outcomes and execution.
- Identify new opportunities to grow client investment and expand partnerships.

Must-Have Experience

- 10+ years' experience in media, advertising, marketing, technology or client partnerships.
- Strong Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience is essential.
- Proven ability to build relationships with senior marketing leaders and agency partners.
- Experience managing large, strategic client accounts.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving growth and revenue outcomes.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
