We're looking for a Client Services Consultant – SMSF to join a newly created role supporting the strategic partnership between Inception Wealth Group (IWG) and Rivkin. This is an exciting opportunity to combine sales, client service, relationship building and commercial outcomes while working alongside experienced professionals in a growing financial services environment.

What you'll be doing

Based in IWG's Fortitude Valley offices, you'll work closely with Rivkin’s Head of Partnerships to engage with existing IWG clients, introduce the benefits of Rivkin’s SMSF administration services, and support clients through the transition.

- Engage with existing IWG clients to discuss their SMSF arrangements.
- Build trust and educate clients on the benefits of transitioning to Rivkin's SMSF administration services.
- Manage a pipeline of client opportunities and work towards conversion targets.
- Support clients through the transition process, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Liaise with accountants and other stakeholders to help keep client transitions on track.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and client documentation.

About you

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, is customer-centric, commercially motivated and wants to build a long-term career in financial services.

You will be someone who:

- Is motivated by achieving results and earning commission.




- Balances exceptional customer service with commercial outcomes.
- Is proactive, resilient and accountable.

You'll bring experience in customer service, sales, business development, or contact centre roles, ideally within the banking, lending, wealth management, superannuation or insurance industries.

A qualification in Business, Commerce, Finance or Accounting (completed or in progress) will be well regarded.

Rivkin head office is based in Sydney, therefore occasional travel to Sydney for training and development may be required.
