CRA II / Senior CRA | A boutique CRO

We are working with a growing specialist CRO to appoint CRA II and Senior CRA professionals in Sydney and Melbourne.

You will join a close clinical operations team where people know each other, leadership is accessible, and quality site management is genuinely valued.

The team understands that being a good CRA is about far more than getting a report submitted. It is about building trust with sites, spotting risks early, keeping studies moving, and having the support to make sound decisions when challenges arise.

In a smaller CRO workplace, you’ll take genuine ownership of your sites and studies, with hands-on exposure across the full monitoring lifecycle. This offers broader, more varied experience
