What You’ll D o

- Lead and scale Cre8Mart Australia

.* Build partnerships with creators, influencers, brands, universities, and agencies

.* Establish the business entity and oversee legal and operational setup in Australia

.* Drive growth, sales, and strategic partnerships

.* Build and lead the Australian team

.* Work directly with the founders to execute our global expansion strategy

Qualification s

- Background in entrepreneurship, venture building, or early-stage startups, ideally within e-commerce, creator economy, or SaaS
- .Experience in business strategy, financial planning, and investment decision-making, including comfort with equity structures and risk assessment
- .Ability to develop and manage partnerships with creators, brands, and ecosystem stakeholders, with solid relationship-building and negotiation skills
- .Operational experience in scaling teams or processes, with a focus on execution, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement
- .Strong analytical and communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate effectively in a remote environment
- .Willingness and capacity to invest financially in the company, aligned with a long-term ownership mindset
- .Comfort with ambiguity, high ownership, and a hands-on approach to solving problems in a fast-paced, evolving market
- .Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if compensated by relevant experience
