? ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES? Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

? Analyse revenue, costs, margins, profitability, and commercial KPIs.

? Develop financial models, scenarios, and business cases.

? Provide commercial insights to support pricing and investment decisions.

? Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and senior leadership teams.

? Prepare monthly management reports and performance analysis.

? Conduct variance analysis and identify key business drivers.

? Identify financial risks, opportunities, and areas for performance improvement.

? Support strategic projects, business reviews, and growth initiatives.

? Improve financial reporting processes, models, and analytical tools.





? QUALIFICATIONS✅ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.

✅ 3+ years of relevant experience in commercial finance, FP&A;, or financial analysis preferred.

✅ Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.

✅ Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or similar analytics tools are an advantage.

✅ Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.

✅ Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

✅ Strong communication and stakeholder-management abilities.

✅ Ability to translate complex financial information into transparent recommendations.

✅ CA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
