About the role

This is a full-time position based in Sydney NSW. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing commercial contracts, negotiations, and relationships across our construction projects. You will play a critical part in ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within budget,



and in accordance with contractual obligations. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the commercial success of our organisation whilst working with a agile team on high-profile construction initiatives.

Key responsibilities

- Managing and administering all commercial aspects of construction contracts, including variations, claims, and disputes
- Negotiating terms and conditions with contractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders to protect company interests
- Preparing and reviewing commercial documentation including tender submissions, contracts, and commercial proposals
- Monitoring project budgets, expenditure, and cashflow forecasts to ensure financial targets are met
- Identifying and managing commercial risks throughout the project lifecycle
