CareGrowth Partners is looking for a caring and reliable Community Support Worker to support older people to remain independent and connected within their community.
We are seeking someone who is:
- Compassionate, patient and respectful
- Reliable and responsible
- Comfortable supporting older people in their homes and community
- Able to assist with social support, domestic assistance, shopping, appointments and community access
- A good communicator with a genuine passion for helping others
- Available for casual/part-time hours

Requirements:
✔ Relevant experience in aged care/community support
✔ Current Police Check and Working with Vulnerable People/NDIS screening where applicable
✔ First Aid/CPR
✔ Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
✔ Relevant qualifications highly regarded
