Role Description The Compliance Analyst is a full time, on-site role based in Tiruvallur. This role is responsible for monitoring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies related to mobile, IT, home appliances, and consumer electronic product services. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing operational processes, conducting internal checks, preparing compliance reports, and supporting audits to ensure controls are in place and effective.
The Compliance
Analyst will collaborate with finance and operations teams, analyze data to identify compliance risks, recommend corrective actions, and assist in implementing best practices. The role also involves maintaining clear documentation, supporting training on compliance standards, and communicating updates on regulatory changes to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Regulatory Compliance and Auditing skills to assess processes, perform checks, and ensure adherence to applicable standards.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge to interpret data, review transactions, and evaluate the impact of compliance findings.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to prepare reports, explain requirements, and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in service or operations environments, especially in mobile, IT, or consumer electronics sectors.
- Candidates should have proficiency with office productivity tools, attention to detail, and the ability to work systematically and meet deadlines.
- A bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, business administration, law, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications in compliance or auditing are an advantage.
